When have you felt most in balance?
That one truth affects how I approach every aspect of my life which include what I call "the seven gifts of love." When I forget that I am love, I feel a disjointedness of body, mind and spirit. We were born from love, and, as babies, we had no separation between body, mind and spirit, just pure bliss.
As a wellness coach, I teach that the seven gifts of love are: self love; abundance; sel-awareness; vibrant food; efficient body; sacred space/quiet mind; and, creativity. I believe that by thriving abundantly and simultaneously in the seven gifts, you are creating the positive conditions for you to flourish in your purpose and in a well and balanced life. A life in which self-love is top priority.
Each "gift" is an interrelated, essential component of life that when working at an optimal level, and in combination, with the other gifts in their optimal levels, increases your joy; improves your health and quality of life bringing you back into your balance and your bliss.
