Hi, I'm J Love - a mentor to seekers of the blissful life. My services and products support the self actualized person who is living life in a way that supports their mind, body and spirit, or anyone with a longing in their heart to create a highly fulfilling, successful, and well life.

I'm a licensed wellness coach supporting  discoverers who are committed to achieving greater personal life success and well-being.

I draw on my experience in the wellness industry, in management and consultant roles, as well as real-world experience as an entrepreneur. I have taught in workshops and in individual coaching sessions. I am an on-going student of Ayurveda, vastu, yoga, natural health and nutrition, metaphysics and virtual marketing. 

I have been interviewed or quoted as an expert on wellness and holistic fitness in the media including internet, radio, television, and professional journals. I have written articles for lifestyle magazines and trade publications. I have been instrumental in developing wellness programs and U.S. Health Initiative programs for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and I have fitness trained two U.S. cabinet members. 

I have completed seven marathons (26.2 miles each), finishing last in one of them for which I earned a special write-up in the 2006 Marine Corps Marathon Souvenir booklet. I finished “nearly” last in the other six. During these painful and triumphant times, I learned to persevere, put one foot in front of the other and do what I must do to achieve my goal … Just as you are, in your own way, moving toward your dreams.

My associates and I deliver coaching services and programs to inspire and support trail blazers like you to gain more time, more freedom, more success, more abundance, and more wellness. We also offer our services to companies, organizations and associations needing to refer clients to us for individual or group coaching.
